1. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel a booking before the technician has been dispatched.

Once a technician is en route or has visited the site, cancellation charges or visiting fees may apply.
2. Refund Policy

Service charges once paid are generally non-refundable.

If a customer has prepaid for a service that cannot be provided due to unavoidable circumstances, a refund will be processed within 3 business days.
3. Spare Parts Refunds

Payments for spare parts purchased or installed are non-refundable. However, if the part is faulty and under warranty, it may be replaced.
