Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel a booking before the technician has been dispatched.

  • Once a technician is en route or has visited the site, cancellation charges or visiting fees may apply.

2. Refund Policy

  • Service charges once paid are generally non-refundable.

  • If a customer has prepaid for a service that cannot be provided due to unavoidable circumstances, a refund will be processed within 3 business days.

3. Spare Parts Refunds

  • Payments for spare parts purchased or installed are non-refundable. However, if the part is faulty and under warranty, it may be replaced.
