  • A service booking will be considered confirmed only after our representative contacts the customer and schedules a visit.

3. Service Charges

  • Inspection/visiting charges may apply, even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.

  • Final charges depend on the nature of repair, spare parts required, and labor involved.

4. Warranty on Services

  • We may provide a limited service warranty (if applicable) which will be clearly communicated at the time of repair.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical damage, or repairs done by third parties after our service.
